Meet The Board
President - Jeff Tessmer
Jeff and his wife Brittany have lived in Royal Crown for 9 years. They have two teenage sons at Northville High School and their daughter attends Thornton Creek. He is an engineering manager for Nissan, coaches for his son's soccer team and has two properties they manage up in the thumb.
Landscaping Chair - Kris Cooney
Kris, her husband Rob and their son and daughter have lived in Royal Crown for 21 years. Kris is an engineer at Ford and has served on the board before as the social chair so welcome back Kris!
Treasurer - David DeFrain
David, his wife Brittney and two teenage sons have lived in the neighborhood since 2010. Dave works in finance for a large healthcare system so we are in good hands! Dave is a soccer coach, teaches catechism and you will see him frequently running through the sub with their dog Oreo.
Secretary - Laurie Tarasi
Laurie, her husband and their two daughters have proudly called Royal Crown home for 19 years. Their family bleeds green and white and their youngest will graduate from MSU this spring, GO GREEN! Laurie has owned and operated her boutique photography business for the last 20 years.
Architectural Chair - Dayana Shikwana
Dayana works as a materials engineer in the automotive field and have over 10 years of experience. Along with her husband Anthony they are proud to call this neighborhood home, where they’ve lived since 2021and are raising their two young children. Her goal is helping maintain a well-run, family-friendly community through active HOA involvement.
